Inside, the house is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to meet all your needs. The main living level on the third floor features Bedroom 1, which offers a king bed and an en suite bath for added privacy and convenience. On the second floor, you'll find Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, both furnished with king beds, Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds, and Bedroom 5 featuring bunk beds with 4 twin beds (designed for ages 12 and under). Two bathrooms on this level ensure ample space for everyone. You will find Bedroom 6, which includes a queen bed and an en suite bath, on the first floor.

The Salty Dog comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, you will receive a message with detailed check-in instructions a week prior to your arrival. Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM using the provided code.

For your peace of mind, our team is available on the platform from 9 AM to 6 PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.

Please note that we require a signed Rental Agreement to confirm your reservation. We reserve the right to request verified ID to complete the booking process.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the house rules, which include:

- All guests must be 25 years old or older (children with parents are allowed)
- Maximum occupancy of 14 guests (10 adults)
- Maximum of 2 dogs allowed (with a $175 flat pet fee that must be paid in advance - no other animals allowed)
- Maximum of 5 vehicles (RVs/trailers/UTV’s/Golf Carts are not permitted)
- No parties or events allowed
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- Absolutely no fires allowed indoors or outdoors, including candles
- Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk, and guests must be 18 years old or older to use them without supervision

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in being asked to leave and/or being charged a fee plus damages.

Please take note of the following information:

• We are unable to guarantee late check-out or early check-in but will do our best to accommodate individual requests
• As a courtesy, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. However, please be aware that you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.
• For your convenience, we supply all linens, including bath towels and beach towels.
• Please be advised that we do not provide shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, or charcoal. Kindly plan accordingly and bring your own.
• While our property is professionally cleaned after every stay, please be aware that our home is dog-friendly, and there may be some dog hair or dander present. If anyone in your party has allergies to dogs, this property may not be suitable for you.
• If you are bringing dog(s) the pet fee must be paid prior to the beginning of your stay. All dogs must be older than 6 months, fully housebroken and fully vaccinated.
• The pool is open from March 15 - October 15 and can be heated for an additional fee
• To ensure the safety of our guests, there is a security camera that records the entry door/carport area.
• Please be aware that this is a rental house, and there is no on-site maintenance or staff available.
• We do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. All date changes are subject to our cancellation policy

Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
